To access the charging stations list view, click the Stations tab and then "All stations".

The charging points are shown in pools. Pool is the location of multiple charging stations, and one charging station can have (usually) one or two charging points.

Pool Overview

The pool title tells the pool name, admin state, owner if the pool is visible or hidden and the location label (private, not shown to the EV drivers), as well as full address with the country (shown to the EV drivers). Also, the number of charging points in the pool is shown. Some charging points might not have the private location label or visibility lock symbol visible if the charging point manager has not set them. In the picture below, the private location label is missing.

The view scales with the window. Note that the status of the station cannot be changed in mobile view.

Filtering Charging Points

With the list view filters, you can filter charging stations by station manufacturer, model, availability and software version. You can use one or multiple filters at the same time, or choose not to use them at all. By clicking the filter, it expands and shows filters that are applied when clicking one or multiple of them. By clicking on the All filters button the user is taken to the Filters side modal with all sections collapsed.

Availability:

Filtering charging points by their operative status, admin status and connectivity info. Operative status tells if the charger is available or not. Admin status tells if maintenance actions are applied to charger. More info about statuses can be found here.

  • Manufacturer:

When selecting specific manufacturer, model and software version filters are adjusted according to manufacturer. In side modal, the filter works as type-in filter by filtering results instantly when the user start typing letters in the field.

  • Model:

Filtering charging points by the model of the station. If one or multiple manufacturers are chosen, only models under the chosen manufacturers are shown. If nothing is selected, models are still grouped by manufacturers. In side modal, the filter works as type-in filter by filtering results instantly when the user start typing letters in the field.

  • Software version:

Filtering charging points by the software version of the station. If one or multiple manufacturers are chosen, only the software versions under the chosen manufacturers are shown. If nothing is selected, software versions are still grouped by manufacturers. In the side modal, the filter works as a type-in filter by filtering results instantly when the user starts typing letters in the field.

  • Protocol version:

Filtering charging points by the protocol version of the station. In the side modal, the filter works as a type-in filter by filtering results instantly when the user starts typing letters in the field.

  • Filter by setup:

Filtering charging points by the charger and connector type - AC or DC, and if the connector is ChaDeMo, CCS or Mennekes. Connector type filter works as a type-in filter. Charging points can also be filtered based on whether the cable is attached to the charging point or if the charging points enable Eichrecht charging.

Location and access:

Filtering charging points by the access (hidden, private) and address (postcode, city, country). Address filters are type-in filters and start filtering results while typing in the field. Hidden location affects the visibility of the pool and the pool is not shown anywhere in the app. However, the pool might still be available if the user knows its location. Private location affects the access of the pool, and the pool can be used only by user to whom access has been given.
