I forgot my password

If you need to access the Virta Platform but you forgot your password - don't panic! All you need to do is click "Forgot your password?" link below the Login button.

Once clicked, you will be asked to enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password to it.

After an email address is entered, click on the button "Send me a link to reset my password". You will receive an email that contains a link to reset your password. When you click on that link, a new page will open and you will need to enter your new password and re-enter it. Then, click on "Change password" button.

Your password is now updated and you can log in to the Virta Platform.
