If you forget your Virta Hub password, click the "Forgot your password?" link below the login button. Enter your email address, and you'll receive a reset link. Click the link, enter and confirm your new password, then click "Change password." Your password will be updated, allowing you to log in to Virta Hub.
If you need to access the Virta Hub but you forgot your password - don't panic! All you need to do is click the "Forgot your password?" link below the Login button.
Once clicked, you will be asked to enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password to it.
After an email address is entered, click on the button "Send me a link to reset my password". You will receive an email that contains a link to reset your password. When you click on that link, a new page will open and you will need to enter your new password and re-enter it. Then, click on "Change password" button.
Your password is now updated and you can log in to the Virta Hub.
