You can set up and later change your organisation's logo. The logo will be visible in the top-left corner of the site together with the name of your organisation for the active organisation and all its sub-organisations. To modify the logo of your organisation, navigate to the ‘Organisations’ - tab: 

First, click on Edit information on the Available Actions panel. Now you can update the logo by simply clicking on the Update company logo box. Make sure that you are updating the right organisation!  

You will be asked to browse your computer's folders to choose the right file. It should be either in .jpg or .png format and of a size smaller than 1 MB.

After uploading the logo, remember to click on Update Information to save the changes. 

Additional note: if one of your sub-organisations also chooses to add their own logo, it will replace yours for them and their sub-organisations.

Please remember that this option is limited to certain roles and service-levels only.*

*Currently only Administrators. Private organisations (such as home charging) do not have the option to add a logo.
