13. Why does the tariffs section of my organisation show a zero value?
On Virta Hub, the tariffs are configured at the organisational level.
Upon navigating to the “Tariffs” tab, you will initially observe them listed as zero. This should not cause concern, as the existing tariffs for your charging points remain in effect. When you establish a new tariff on Virta Hub, it will be applied to all charging points under your organisation, eliminating the need to adjust prices for each charger individually. The set price, including VAT, will be presented to the drivers. To set tariffs for your organisation on the Virta Hub, follow the simple steps described here.
14. What if my organisation uses advanced pricing?
If your organisation uses advanced pricing, your pricing model will be updated automatically, and you can review and edit prices in the Virta Hub before the change takes place. Loyalty tariffs operate by offering special rates to loyalty plan members. Pricing system migration - not applicable to the most of the customers
1. How new enhanced pricing system's logic differs from advanced pricing?
- Charging prices are set on an organisational level.
- Charging Point Operators specify their desired charging price in the Virta Hub
- The EV drivers' price might increase based on various fees.
- Virta adds local Value Added Tax (VAT) on top of the EV driver's price.
2. As a customer, what I need to do?
Please visit the Virta Hub Pricing tab and adjust your charging tariffs as needed to align with your operational goal. The price you set is the price you as Charging Point Operator will get. EV drivers might see higher prices due to the logic change (see previous question).
3. Why my customer can't edit their prices in Virta Admin Panel's Stations > Pricing tab anymore?
Station level pricing was feature of advanced pricing and basic pricing. In the new enhanced pricing system, user need to use Virta Hub or in Virta Admin Panel Settings > Pricing tab to edit the prices.
