If you need any changes to these settings, you can request adjustments by contacting your Customer Success Manager.

As part of this transition, functionalities are not only transferred but continuously enhanced. The user interface and features may be updated over time to improve usability and efficiency. If you find any critical functionality missing for your organization, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Virta Support for further assistance.

10. What do batch operations mean, and how do they work?

Batch operations enable users to update or modify multiple sets of data simultaneously, streamlining administrative tasks. For instance, you can reboot or adjust the configurations of multiple charging stations at once. This article guides you on how to manage batch operations on the Virta Hub

11. Can I continue using the Virta Admin Panel as an eMobility Provider?

No, the Virta Admin Panel will be discontinued. However, development efforts for the Virta Hub have prioritised CPO functionalities, meaning eMobility Providers (EMPs) relying on specific EMP features in the Virta Admin Panel will be among the last to be migrated to Virta Hub.

Rest assured; all necessary EMP functionalities will be available on the Virta Hub before the Virta Admin Panel is phased out.

12. How does the station list filtering improve my operational efficiency?

The station list filtering feature in the Virta Hub significantly enhances operational efficiency by enabling you to sort and filter through your stations based on a variety of criteria and statuses.

This functionality allows you to quickly identify stations that are online or offline, filter by manufacturer model, and effortlessly access detailed station information, streamlining management and troubleshooting.

13. Why does the tariffs section of my organisation display a zero value?

In Virta Hub, the tariffs are configured at the organisational level.
Upon navigating to the “Tariffs” tab, you may initially observe them listed as zero. This should not cause concern, as the existing tariffs for your charging points remain in effect. When you establish a new tariff on Virta Hub, it will be applied to all charging points under your organisation, eliminating the need to adjust prices for each charger individually. The set price, including VAT, will be presented to the drivers. To set tariffs for your organisation on the Virta Hub, follow the simple steps described here

14. What if my organisation uses advanced pricing?

If your organisation uses advanced pricing, your pricing model will be automatically updated. You can review and edit prices in the Virta Hub before the change takes effect. Any ongoing charges will continue without interruption during the migration process. You will receive advance notification before any updates are implemented.
For organisations with complex pricing solutions, your Customer Success Manager will contact you well in advance to ensure a seamless transition. If you have any questions regarding the pricing migration, your Customer Success Manager would be happy to help.

15. What are the loyalty tariffs, and how can they benefit my business?

Loyalty tariffs operate by offering special rates to loyalty plan members. These rates are defined within Virta Hub, where standard plans are adjusted to provide discounts to EV drivers in the loyalty program. For example, you might set a 10% discount for AC chargers and 15% for DC chargers for loyalty plan members, enhancing customer retention and engagement. Read more about setting up and managing loyalty tariffs for your organisation here.

16. How has station and pool management improved in Virta Hub

Virta Hub introduces significant enhancements in station and pool management compared to the Virta Admin Panel. It offers both new and existing functionalities within a more intuitive, user-friendly interface, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience.

With improved performance and faster processing speeds, Virta Hub optimises operational efficiency. Additionally, we are continuously rolling out new updates and improvements to further enhance your experience.

17. Is my Virta Admin Panel account deleted? How long can I access the Virta Admin Panel

You can continue using the Virta Admin Panel as usual until your organisation's scheduled migration date. After this date, you can still log into the Virta Admin Panel; however, your roles will be disabled, restricting any actions. Only limited data will remain accessible. All accounts will be permanently deleted after all EMP and Virta internal functionalities are transferred from the Virta Admin Panel. The initial estimate for this final step is December 2025.

18. Who can I contact if I encounter issues or need help using Virta Hub?
Virta support is happy to help you every step of the way.

Pricing System Migration (Note: This applies only to specific users)

1. How does the new enhanced pricing system differ from advanced pricing?
The key differences in the new pricing system include:

  • Charging prices are now set at the organisational level.
  • Charging Point Operators (CPOs) define their preferred charging prices within Virta Hub.
  • The final price for EV drivers may be higher due to additional applicable fees.
  • Local Value Added Tax (VAT) is added on top of the EV driver’s price, by Virta.

2. What actions do I need to take as a customer?

Please visit the Virta Hub Pricing tab and adjust your charging tariffs as needed to align with your operational goal. The price you set is the price you, as a Charging Point Operator, will get. EV drivers might see higher prices due to the logic change (see previous question).

3. Why can't my customer edit their prices in the Virta Admin Panel's Stations > Pricing tab anymore?

Station-level pricing was a feature of advanced pricing and basic pricing. In the new enhanced pricing system, users need to use Virta Hub or in Virta Admin Panel Settings > Pricing tab to edit the prices.
