This article will walk you through the simple steps of ordering and managing the Virta Home process.

We will cover the following:

  1. Virta Home
  2. How to order Virta Home chargers
  3. How to manage Virta Home chargers
  4. Contact information

Let's get started:

1. Virta Home

When you choose Virta Home charging stations, you automatically gain access to Virta Home service. This service offers various benefits. It enables, among other things, the automatic allocation of charging costs to the leasing company. This means you can effortlessly manage the finances of charging your electric vehicle at home.

Sharing charger access

Sometimes Home charger access needs to be shared with others (relatives, visitors, etc.). With Virta Home chargers, this can be configured in the Virta Hub. Please read more here. This feature provides flexibility and convenience for everyone involved.

Setting the price
You can set a price for the home charging to receive home charging reimbursement. Virta will directly transfer the money to the home charger owner’s bank account.

Identify yourself

As a Virta registered user, you can access your home charger plus over 410,000 charging points across Powered By Virta's vast network. Whether at home or in the city, you can use the same Virta charging tag and mobile application to charge your electric vehicle wherever you go.

Support and safety

At Virta, we prioritise your satisfaction and safety. If you ever need assistance or have any questions, our dedicated customer success team is here to help. Simply create a support ticket on support.virta.global, and we'll provide you with the necessary support and guidance.

2. How to order Virta Home Charger

We take care of the complexities of installation, charging, and invoicing. All you need to do is just:

1. Order your EV and Home Charger from the leasing company.

2. Install the mobile app and set up your account.

3. Have your home charger installed.

4. Set up your home charger information in the app.

Please find detailed information about the charging devices here.
