1. How to create a report
To create, access or view reports, you will start by logging into Virta Hub.and navigating to the "Reports & Documents" tab. This is your go-to place for generating and accessing all your reports, including general, fleet, and finance document reports.
Starting with General reports, simply click on "+ New Report" under the available action. A New Report page opens on the right side, allowing you to define your report according to your specific needs.
You can select your report template from the Report Type drop-down menu. Here, you can tailor your report based on various parameters such as charging network performance, station data, energy consumption, or usage patterns. You can quickly check your network performance by checking faulty stations. You can also track detailed payment-related reports. You can generate reports tailored to your needs as a mobility service provider or charge point operator (CPO).
You can also specify the desired time range for your report on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis to follow the trends.
You can also select whether you want the report to include data from all your organisations or just your current organisation. No matter how extended your charging network is, you can quickly access the report of all your sub-organisations by checking the box: "Include all sub-organisations".
Once happy, click "Generate report", and voila!
Your report will be generated and made available to you in CSV format for easy access and analysis.
2. How to access your reports
Who Can View Reports?
Access is granted to users with one of the following roles:
- Administrator
- Driver Manager
- Charging Manager
- Technicians
- Viewer
How to Find and Download Reports?
Simply navigate to the “Reports” tab in Virta Hub. You can easily view and download the reports you or your team have created. Click to download and analyse them using your preferred tool.
To create more new reports, you can start another report by clicking “New report” and following the same process.
Please note that:
- The reports you generate are accessible only to you and not visible to any other users across your organisation.
- Not all reports currently support a time range beyond one month.
- Faults and Errors Limitation: These reports are restricted to a one-month period.
- Data Constraints: Some reports, such as the Charging Sessions (CPO) report, may encounter limitations, particularly for large organisations.
Thats it! You can now effortlessly generate general reports on Virta Hub. You can quickly access and download your reports for analysis. With the right data at your fingertips, you can optimise your EV charging operations, boost efficiency, increase revenue, and stay ahead of the competition.
