Error codes - why charging point status is shown as faulted
This article walks you through understanding the error codes of your charging points. Note: this functionality will be available in March 2024.
You'll find list of your charging points in Stations tab. The list is showing the operative status of every charging point. You can also use filters to filter only faulted charging points. If your charging point is reporting its operative status as faulted, it is also telling more specific reason for the error, in the following example, GroundFailure. By opening the charging point details, the view gives you more information about the situation:

ConnectorLockFailure error reported by station
Failure to lock or unlock connector. Please check the cable.
orange pill, no inline notification
(Communication failure with the vehicle which might be caused by a communication protocol issue. Not setting charger to faulted state but Suspended by EVSE state. Nothing can be done in charger side. — don’t display any text or inline-notification)
GroundFailure error reported by station
Ground fault circuit interrupter has been activated. Manual on-site maintenance by manufacturer is required to prevent high voltage and station getting damaged.
HighTemperature error reported by station
Temperature inside station is too high. The cooling system is possibly broken. Manual on-site maintenance by manufacturer might be required.
InternalError reported by station
Error in internal hard- or software component. This might be caused by misconfiguration or wrong backend settings.
LocalListConflict error reported by station
The authorisation information received from the central system is in conflict with the LocalAuthorizationList. Please check that EV driver data including charging tag is valid.

(No error is reported by station)
OtherError is reported by station
A vendor specific error code has been reported. Check vendorErrorCode from charger's manual and act accordingly.
OverCurrentFailure error reported by station
Over current protection device has tripped. Manual on-site check by manufacturer or vendor-certified electrician is required.
OverVoltage error reported by station
Voltage has risen above an acceptable level. Manual on-site check by manufacturer or vendor-certified electrician is required.
PowerMeterFailure error reported by station
Failure to read power meter. Power reader might be broken. Manual on-site maintenance by manufacturer might be required.
PowerSwitchFailure error reported by station
Power switch control might be broken. Manual on-site maintenance by manufacturer might be required.
ReaderFailure error reported by station
idTag reader might be broken. Manual on-site maintenance by manufacturer might be required.
ResetFailure reported by station
Unable to perform a remote reset. Manual on-site reboot required.
UnderVoltage reported by station
Voltage has dropped below an acceptable level which is possibly due to broken components. Manual on-site maintenance by manufacturer is required.
WeakSignal error reported by station
Wireless communication device reports a weak signal. Please contact your salesperson and consider getting a signal booster if the problem persists.
