This article walks you through understanding the error codes of your charging points. Note: this functionality will be available in March 2024.
You'll find list of your charging points in Stations tab. The list is showing the operative status of every charging point. You can also use filters to filter only faulted charging points. If your charging point is reporting its operative status as faulted, it is also telling more specific reason for the error, in the following example, GroundFailure. By opening the charging point details, the view gives you more information about the situation:
