The Faulty sessions & errors report summarizes errors and faulty sessions on all active charging points of selected organizations, excluding archived stations. It includes details such as charging point ID, name, counts of OCPPError messages, offline status, zero kWh sessions ended, other messaging problems, disabled status, and sessions lasting over 36 hours within the selected timeframe.
This report is available to all roles with access to both the Reports and Stations modules.

| ID | Internal system ID of the charging point |
| Name | Name of the charging point |
| Error messages | Count of all “OCPPError” error messages sent by this charging station during the selected time frame |
| Offline | 0 = the charging point is currently offline 1 = the charging point is currently online |
| Zero kWh | Count of all 0 kWh charging sessions that ended on this charging point during the selected time frame |
| Messaging problem | Count of all error messages that were not “OCPP Error” or “NoError” sent by this charging station during the selected time frame |
| Marked “Not in use” | Whether this station is disabled (this happens for example when the station is out-of-service) |
| Over 36h charge | Count of all charging sessions that ended on this charging point during the selected time frame and lasted over 36 hours |
