We're happy to guide you through the user-friendly Virta Hub interface. We will walk you through the Virta Hub tabs, including:
- Dashboard

including features that let you effortlessly set up and manage your charging points.
Let's get started!
Virta Hub
Virta Hub is the main tool to manage your organisation and chargers. It is intuitively designed to cover all the features you need to run your chargers smoothly. Let's have a closer look:
1. Dashboard tab
You'll land on the "Dashboard" tab once you log in to the Virta Hub. This is where you'll get an overview of your entire charging network, including the status of each charging point. To gain more insights, you can easily adjust the timeline of displayed data. You can also click on the charts to explore detailed insights.
On the left side of the screen, you will find tabs for Stations, Drivers (depending on your organization type), Organization, Reports & Documents, and Go to Energy. In the top right corner, you will see your organization updates. Next to that, you can access Hub usage instructions and related updates.
Easily access the charging activity history, view your team members, and access your billing information. This way, you can stay on top of everything related to your charging points with just a few clicks.
2. Stations tab
Moving to the "Stations" tab, you'll find a dedicated space to manage all the important activities related to your charging stations. Once you add your stations, you'll see a comprehensive list of them. To provide easy navigation and access to information, we've included different buttons above your charging stations and pools. With these buttons, you can dive deeper into specific details of your charger pool by applying filters, checking the availability of each station, and reviewing their manufacturer, model, and firmware version.
You can also switch between a list view and a map view. In the map view, you can hover over each charger to see their status and click on them for a more detailed view. All the essential information about each charger is presented clearly and organised. This includes charger status, last charge, socket type, and output. Everything you need to know about a charger is easily accessible.
If you need to explore more detailed information, click the "view history" and "view logs" buttons. These options allow you to quickly dive into specific charger data to understand its performance better. Navigating the "Stations" is intuitive, making it easy to perform various actions like starting and stopping a charge, releasing a cable, rebooting a station, or editing station details.
We've designed the "Stations" tab to empower you with comprehensive control and management of your charging stations. Let's continue exploring the other tabs.
3. Drivers tab (Included in Fleet, Scale and Evolve service levels)
You'll access the " Drivers " tab if you're subscribed to the Fleet, Scale or Evolve service levels and manage your EV drivers. However, if this doesn't apply to your business use, feel free to skip this section.
The "Drivers" tab offers a range of features to help you quickly manage your drivers. You'll have access to a comprehensive list of your already added drivers, and you can click on each driver to view their profile and make any necessary edits. To add new drivers, click on the "+Add drivers" tab. Adding new drivers is a breeze, whether it's a single driver or multiple drivers. With the option to bulk-add EV drivers. Just click on the "+ Add drivers" button. You can find more information here if you need guidance on how to add the driver(s).
By clicking on a driver's name, you can access more detailed information about them. This includes their charging activity, invoicing status, charging tags, account activity, etc. You'll find options on the right side to resend welcome emails or reset passwords for the drivers. We've designed the "Drivers" tab to simplify the management of your EV drivers, making it convenient for you to handle driver-related tasks and provide support when needed. 4. Organisation tab
The "Organisation" tab is your go-to place for effortlessly managing your organisation(s).
The navigation bar at the bottom of the screen provides easy access to essential information about your organisation. From this bar, you can view, access, and edit billing and settlement information, set and edit tariffs for your chargers, and view details about your managing team.
If you need to add a sub-organisation, it can be easily done by clicking the "+ Add organisation" button. You can find detailed instructions to decide whether you need to add a sub-organisation and how to do so here.
When adding sub-organisations, you have the flexibility to manage which modules these new organisations can access. This is useful for controlling each sub-organisation's specific features and functionalities. Managing billing information, tariff settings, and your organisation's team are intuitive from this tab. You can easily access and edit these details, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
5. Reports & documents tab
To make your charging operations run smoothly, it's important to have access to valuable information about your charging points. That's where the "Reports & Documents" tab comes in handy. It provides you with all the necessary insights you need.
With the "Reports & Documents" tab, you can effortlessly create your very first report and gather important insights. To begin, just click on "Create your first report." This will open up a New Report page on the right side of your screen, where you can customise the report according to your unique requirements. You'll find a handy Report Type drop-down menu that lets you easily select a template for your report. This ensures that your report is well-organised and focuses on the information that is most relevant to you. 6. Go to Energy tab
Let's explore the "Go to Energy" tab, the last tab and one of the most interesting ones in the Virta Hub. This tab empowers you to manage the energy consumed by your chargers efficiently.
By clicking on the "Go to Energy" tab, you'll gain access to a detailed overview of your devices, charging stations, and groups. This provides valuable information about battery storage and allows you to handle site management effectively. You can also access advanced Smart Energy Management features such as Dynamic Load Management, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid), and Congestion Management.
