1. Virta EV Driver Services

Positive and cohesive customer experience is at the core of every business. With Virta Charging Solution, end-user touchpoints can be customised to your brand visuals.

Please note that the branding service is only available for Virta's Scale and Evolve service levels. As a Virta Launch service-level user, you will receive the same elements while using the Virta brand.

Let's take a look at the branded elements of the EV Driver journey. If you are using Scale or Evolve service levels, First, your freshly joined customers will receive a welcome email in your colours and with your logo. They will also receive a link to the registration page with your background image, colours and logo. You can also offer end-users the possibility to order an RFID charging tag. The charging tags are used to start and stop charging events, and all payments are made automatically in the background.

Charging tags can be ordered during the registration or later from the mobile application. Available both for Android and iOS as well as a desktop application, the Virta app is the easiest way to set up an account, find and access all charging stations, start and stop charging, pay for the charging events, and view all charging receipts and the charging history. As with another end-user touchpoint, the look & and feel of the app can be customised to fit your branding. Different language and currency options will complete the customer experience for your end-users.

In addition to the apps, EV drivers can use charging points without registration to the app on a credit card payment website. On this one-time payment website, the user selects the correct device ID, inputs credit or debit card information and starts charging. As you probably already guessed – Both the app and one-time payment can also be fully branded to your own brand, depending on the service level you are using.

That's not all. Even the charging receipts can be branded with your logo, and they will be accessed via the app as well. Virta charging devices are the key to fast sales, scaling and optimal operational costs. They can also be customised with your own brand. In addition to these elements, Virta Charging Solution includes customer support. EV drivers often end up having various questions and expect a prompt reply. Such questions might require technical expertise and efficient problem-solving. We provide a 24/7 phone support in five different languages for the EV Drivers: In English, Finnish, Swedish, German and French.

2. Virta Charging Station Management tool

Managing large-scale charging networks, from hundreds to thousands of charging points, demands reliable tools. Virta Hub seamlessly supports networks of all sizes.

Virta Hub is the command centre of your charging network and empowers you with real-time status of your charging stations. You can easily control your charging stations remotely.
Virta Hub accelerates your business growth by empowering you to set flexible pricing based on your business needs. It saves your costs and time by streamlining access management.
Virta Hub keeps your charging network up and running with built-in troubleshooting functionalities and self-healing capability. It also lets you leverage your charging network insights to make data-driven decision

Virta Hub empowers you to easily view station status, manage access private or public, set maximum power and control stations, solve problems remotely, and update firmware. You can also: Create and manage customer organisations and set prices per "kilowatt hour”,kWh, minute, or both; all payment processes are fully automated accordingly.EV drivers are invoiced, and the charging revenue is seamlessly transferred according to your set pricing.If you are using Virta's Scale or Evolve service level, you can also manage and invite EV drivers.

3. Virta Energy Management Solutions

With our energy management solutions, you can protect the electrical system of a building and optimise energy consumption. This can, in turn, stabilise distribution and transmission grids and, therefore, even support intermittent renewable energy production.

With Virta Dynamic Load Management, DLM, you can define the power delivered to your chargers and optimise your existing infrastructure. DLM helps you future-proof your existing electrical system while reducing consumption peaks. Read more about DLM here. 

Virta Adaptive Load Management, ALM for short, takes DLM a step further and optimises charging based on a property's total energy consumption. Virta ALM monitors EV charging sessions and major electrical system loads, like air conditioning and lighting, and ensures power is distributed optimally and never over capacity.

Virta Congestion Management takes grid capacity and energy production into account and optimises EV charging based on both. You can set charging power to the desired level for different time frames in defined areas. This means EVs are charged at the optimal times and levels, while the number of charging stations can be increased safely and without worry.

Virta Capacity Maximiser takes load management to yet another level by combining the restrictions of each electricity supply. It evaluates how much charging power needs to be allocated for each EV charger.

Virta Preconnect works by rotating charging turns and putting some of the charging sessions on "pause" when capacity is restricted. This service is suitable for long-term parking facilities where you want to expand your service capacity without any electrical upgrades.
