For monthly clearing and settlement purposes, the owner of each organisation must ensure that the system has correct billing details (settlement information saved in Admin panel). The settlement information can be submitted and later on changed the following way:


Go to Organisations > Billing information tab. On the top of the page, you will see two buttons: General information and Settlement information.  



General information: To add your contact person and other requested information and details, click first on Edit information in the Available actions panel. You will then be able to edit the active fields. To save your changes, click on Update Information.



Settlement information: Here, you can activate automatic settlements for your organisation. To do so, click on Edit information in the Available actions panel first. Then, you can make all the necessary changes. To save them, click on Update Information.

Please remember that this option might be limited to certain roles only.
