It is possible to log customer feedback. Feedbacks can be linked to both customer account and also charger that the user has contacted about. Feedback allows the creation of contact history in a simple way for both the user and the network. 

Navigation to Feedback function is done in admin system from Maintenance tab. It is possible to export feedback history to csv file.

Remark: There is development plan to be able to categorize contacts based on their type in the future.
