Virta system supports creation of customer groups for easier reporting and in the future also invoicing. Customer groups can be created from "Settings" --> "Customer groups". Adding individual users can be done from the same section or alternatively from the CRM, customer account details.






Each customer group can be assigned with group admin. This should be a user which has an account in the system. When accessing customer portal the user will then be able to view charge events for all users belonging to the group.
