This article handles the registration and activation process from the EV owner perspective. Purpose of article is to give an overview of how services are used.

Registration process

  1. User registers on a web-page*
  2. User receives a welcome email*
    1. Optional: User receives a customized RFID* card and a welcome letter*


  1. User searches for available stations on mobile* and web apps*
  2. User arrives to a charging station
  3. User starts charging with mobile or web app or RFID card

After charging

  1. User manages their account in the customer portal*, has view to charging history
