You've been browsing through articles and hearing rumours about the new platform, but you haven't gotten your invitation yet?
Rest assured that you will eventually be migrated too - but if you would like to initiate the process already now, here's how to get started depending on your case.
I am a customer of Virta, with direct contact to their teams
If you are a customer of Virta, chances are that you have your own contact person in the Virta team. It might be a Customer Success Manager or a Sales Representative in your country. If you're not exactly sure who to contact, it's always a safe bet to ask our Technical Support team who to turn to.
Shortly after you have initiated the migration process, your Virta contact person will define with you whether the readiness of the platform suits your expectations or if some additional development must be prioritised before you can start using it fully.
Once everything looks good, you will simply receive an invitation to create an account on the new platform - you will not have to do any manual migration of your organisation's information, charging points or customers. Everything will be there waiting for you to use and start inviting your own team.
I am the customer of a different company operating on the Virta platform
Virta's customer companies have their own migration schedule depending on the different service agreements they are offering as well as their own plans regarding customer communication.
We advise getting in touch with your contact at the company offering you access to the Virta platform. They will handle the invitation process as they agree with you about the right timing to do so.
I don't know
If you're not sure whether you are a customer of Virta directly or some other network operator, chances are that you are part of some team that knows.
If you are working as a maintenance worker, technician, receptionist - or probably sometimes even as a project manager, controller etc - we advise getting in touch with the person in your team responsible for your Virta system contract and specifications. In turn, they can refer to the above points and get an invitation as the Owner/Manager of your organisation and start inviting the rest of the team over.
