Customer registrations are done typically from dedicated registrations sites which Virta creates.
For registration following information is required:
- Customer name
- Phone number
During registration it is possible to ask/ provide following details:
- Post code and City
- Additional information: this field in admin system CRM shows the customized information from registration such as personal ID, vehicle registration number, customer number to existing service etc.
Each customer receives a unique EVCO-ID number this is used for identification in international roaming.
