After registration all customers are required to authenticate their registered email addresses to verify their account. Virta service automatically sends a link to your email address and you're required to click the link in order to proceed. Customers are required to do this withing seven (7) days or Virta system automatically disables the customer account and you're required to contact our customer support to enable your account.
Please note that Internet Explorer and Edge browsers aren't supported by Virta system and may cause issues
