We have been actively bringing all the needed features for account management to our mobile apps so that you can easily charge and manage your account all in one place. As a result of this, we will discontinue our Customer Portal during the first half of 2023.
You can already find the following functionalities directly from the mobile app:
- Manage your account details
- Change password
- Check your billing plan
- Update your payment card
- Check your charging history
- Order RFIDs or add an existing one
Remaining functionalities like retrieving receipts will be made available for the app in the upcoming releases.
