Why is Customer Portal being shut down?

We have been actively bringing all the needed features for account management to our mobile apps so that you can easily charge and manage your account all in one place. As a result of this, we will discontinue our Customer Portal during the first half of 2023.

You can already find the following functionalities directly from the mobile app:

  • Manage your account details
    • Change password
    • Check your billing plan
    • Update your payment card
  • Check your charging history
  • Order RFIDs or add an existing one

Remaining functionalities like retrieving receipts will be made available for the app in the upcoming releases.
