If you've ordered RFID they will be sent to you via Posti directly to the given address in your customer account. Printing and deliveries are handled on a weekly basis so in all cases the RFIDs should arrive within 2 weeks from the order. Once the RFIDs arrive, they are ready-linked to your customer account and ready for use right away.
You can confirm if the RFID has gone through by checking your customer portal and account history. You can see your billing history there and if we have deducted RFID order 10 € from you. If you do not see any history of RFID purchase - please process with the RFID order once more.
However, if you have done the RFID order already few times but cannot see anything in the customer portal, please contact Support via the contact form and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
