If you have ordered the RFID, it will be sent to you via Posti directly to the given address in your customer account. Printing and deliveries are handled on a weekly basis so in all cases the RFID should arrive within 2 weeks from the order. Once the RFID arrive, they are ready-linked to your customer account and ready for use right away.
You can confirm if the RFID order has gone through by checking your app under Charging Tags and the €10 cost of the RFID should be deducted from your card. If you do not see any RFID order or the deduction did not take place, please proceed with the RFID order once more.
However, if you have done the RFID order multiple times and the order is still not visible, please contact Support via the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
