Searching for driver accounts

To find EV drivers, you first need to have access to the Drivers module (visible in the bottom navigation). Access might depend on your role or the modules your organisation has.

When clicking on the module, you'll see search box in the top-right corner.

You can search for EV drivers using

• Their first name(s)
• Their last name(s)
• Their email address
• Their ID
• Charging tag ID (RFID)
• Charging tag name (label)

The search results will always show by default the driver's name & ID. If the characters matching your search are included in the email address, it will be shown instead of the ID.

The characters matching your search will always be highlighted in the results.
