How to log in
To be able to log in to the new platform, you need to have been first invited via email

- It is not possible to log in to the new platform using your old admin panel credentials
- You can request an invitation from your Virta contact or someone in your team with at least Manager rights
My account is locked
You will be locked out of the system after 10 failed login attempts. To unlock your account, please contact our technical support
Will I ever be logged out by Virta?
- Currently our system will leave you logged in for 180 days in production. We recommend logging out manually from the Settings menu if you have doubts about who will access your computer
- You might be automatically logged out if someone modifies your role in the system while you have an active session. In this case, simply log back in to view the updates
The page froze/I don't see any data
If you are encountering issues navigating the platform or viewing your data, first hard-refresh the page. If that isn't enough, we recommend logging out and back in. This happens sometimes when we deploy new features to the platform while you have an active session.
