The platform's dashboard gives you all the information you need from just a glimpse into the Virta Hub. Numbers include data from your current organisation and all of it's sub-organisations.
Content
1) Overview: this panel shows the number of charging points connected to your organisation

It shows the percentage of your charging points according to their current status (available, in use, faulted etc)
2) No connectivity: shows amount of your chargers that are currently in offline state.
Next widgets are shown based on the time selection on middle of the page. You can switch the selection to show data from last 7 days, last 30 days or last 3 months. The longer time you select and the more chargers you have in your network, the slower the loading speed of page increases. By clicking numbers, you can get to logs page to see more details of those sessions.
2) Zero kWh sessions: shows sessions that have distributed 0 kWh energy. Does not include sessions that have lasted less than 2 minutes.
3) Charging sessions over 36 hours: shows over 36 hour lasted charging sessions.
4) Average duration: click on the date picker to set the range you'd like to know the average duration of a charging session for
- It shows the average duration in minutes per charging session

5) Average energy distributed: click on the date picker to set the range you'd like to know the average duration of a charging session for
- It shows the average consumption in kWh per charging session

6) Last completed charging sessions
- It shows the last completed charging sessions under all sub-organisations you have access to
- You can click the arrow on the right side of that panel to access a full view of all charging sessions in your network
