For monthly clearing and settlement purposes, the owner of each organisation must ensure that the system has correct billing details (settlement information saved in the platform).
Currently, it is not possible to edit your billing information from the platform.
You can however view it as follows and contact our technical support for any necessary changes.
Go to Organisations > Billing information tab. On the top of the page, you will see two buttons: General information and Settlement information.
Please remember that this option might be limited to certain roles only.
