In this article, we will guide you through the steps necessary to ensure your organization's billing details are correctly saved in the Virta Hub for efficient monthly clearing and settlement. We will cover:

2. The roles required to make settlement edits
3. How to update general and specific settlement information.

Steps to Update Billing Details:
- Navigate to the Organisations tab
- Select Billing and settlement
- At the top of the page, you will find two tabs: General Information and Settlement Information.
Editing General Information
Users with Administrator and Financial Support roles have the authority to edit the General Information, such as billing contact details. You can also specify the billing type: email or e-invoice. This preference will determine how you receive your billing information.
Editing Settlement Information
If you need to make any changes to your settlement details, users with Administrator and Financial support roles can edit IBAN and SWIFT/BIC fields for organisations that have the settlement process turned on. Editing can be done simply by clicking the fields.
To make any other modification to settlement information, please contact Virta support to proceed.
