If you think that you have been billed incorrectly after charging on a station, please call us on our incident hotline or by contact form HERE. Incorrect billing usually happens when the charger encounters an error and goes offline during the charging event. We will reimburse you accordingly if the event is actually deemed faulty!
Please note that it might take a couple of days for the reimbursement to show up on your payment card because we handle all refunds via our 3rd party payment provider.
