Does the charging fee include parking?

Unfortunately, no. Despite the fact that many public chargers have a pricing model that is based both on the amount of energy charged and the time spent at the charger, the parking fee is not included unless specifically mentioned. If you're unsure, please consult the building admninistration and follow their guidelines.
