Helen's private charging points for housing associations and companies will continue to operate with the Virta application.

The public charging network of Helen's EV chargers will transfer from the Virta app to the Oma Helen app. The change will take place in stages during April, with the charging points located in the capital region and south of Tampere transferred in week 16 and the charging points located north of Tampere transferred in week 17.

Following this change, the Virta application no longer works at Helen's public charging points. To continue charging at Helen's public charging points, please download the Oma Helen application from your phone's app store and register as a user.

Helen's private charging points at the charging stations of companies and housing associations will remain unchanged and will be accessible via the Virta application as before.

You can continue using over 4000 public charging points connected to the Virta network in Finland with your current Virta application credentials as usual. Last year alone, together with our partners, we brought 3,500 new charging points to Finland to meet the needs of the growing electric car fleet.

With the Virta app, you can enjoy more affordable prices in other parts of Europe. Charging points of the Virta network can be found, e.g., in Sweden, Estonia, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, and 20 other European countries.

Using your Virta IDs, you can access nearly 500,000 stations across other networks for roaming sessions in addition to the stations available in the Virta network.
