There are several reasons why charging may not start. Please consider these before calling our troubleshooting hotline:

  • Make sure the cable is properly connected to the charging station and the vehicle. Sometimes reconnecting it will resolve the issue.
  • If you are using RFID, try authenticating again at the charging station.
  • If you are using the mobile app, try closing the app and restarting the charging process.
  • Check your account balance and payment card details in the app. If your prepaid account has less than €10, you cannot start a top-up. Starting a top-up will trigger an automatic top-up if you have a valid payment card. Repeat this until your balance exceeds €10.
  • Some charging stations are intended for private use only and require separate permission from the charging station owner. If you believe you should have access to the charging station, please contact the charging station owner or manager. Chargers are often connected to the workplace or facility where the charger is located.
  • Some charging stations may be temporarily offline and require maintenance. Please try again later when the charging station is back online.
